this is our new to us band saw  marked w.w.edwards maybe you can tell us something about its history its got oiler cups on both babbit bearings and the guides are brass the stand and guards are home made and the motor is very old but not original. the table is plywood and needs to be replaced but it does work and my 93 1/2 " blade max's its adjustment. this is going to be a very important part of our shop so we're looking to improve this model with new guides and maybe redo the bearings down the road and a new guard is atop the list as well. the knob on the top bearing is for tracking it tilts the top wheel
